This centrally located mountain base with all the modern conveniences is just 20 minutes from Turoa ski field.
This Ohakune holiday home includes sunny and warm open plan living as well as a fully featured modern kitchen fitted with all new appliances. Everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay is on hand, including a Nespresso machine... unwind in the lounge or relax on the deck after a great day successfully completing the Tongariro crossing.
There are 3 bedrooms at this Ohakune accommodation and all have electric blankets. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen bed, while bedroom 3 has a queen bed plus a single bunk set. An ensuite in bedroom 1, plus a family bathroom, complete the holiday set up at Modern Mountain Spa Escape.
Come off the mountain to a home filled with warmth from the heat pump and step into the shower in one of the two well appointed bathrooms. Continue the evening watching the sunset over the mountain from the deck on the new outdoor furniture, or relax on the couch where you can enjoy the 48" TV/DVD with SKY TV plus Sports and a selection of DVDs. Otherwise give the Nintendo Wii a go, complete with games, balance board and two Wii remotes. Toys, books, games and a new outdoor trampoline for the little ones complete the entertainment for the whole family. The house is also well set up for babies with a travel cot, baby bath, bumbo and a highchair.
